NLS Pharmaceutics Nasdaq IPO

NLS was formed in June 2015 in Stans, Switzerland, and is a Swiss limited company. Since their founding we have helped NLS build unique communications by connecting with their clients, through strategic direction and emotionally memorable design.
On January 29, 2021, NLS became a publicly traded company, listing on the NASDAQ under the ticker “NLSP” (shares) and NLSPW” (warrants).
