Unique salmon fillet, sourced from the finest salmon in the crystal clear fjords of Norway and prepared completely by hand, gently smoked for two days in an antique wood oven, according to a traditional method previously reserved for the Tsars. The bedding was hardly able to cover it and seemed ready to slide off any moment.
